		<description>Thank you Barbara, I totally agree with you.  People want to see &quot;the whites of your eyes&quot; so that they can feel like they are getting to know, like and trust you.  Put a photo up, if you want to change it later, it&#039;s easy to do so don&#039;t wait - just put one up and it&#039;s better to use one of only you versus you among a crowd of people or part of a family photo!
