When we were in London last year, my husband's wallet was taken my a pickpocket - and we spent several hours at the police station and then a full day at the embassy getting him new ID. I am impressed (as I always am) by the way you've turned a negative experience into a positive one - and not only that, but you're spreading the word to help other people from getting hacked and giving them valuable tips in the worst case! It's frustrating that some people - who obviously have talent, have turned to the "dark side" - and in many cases do what they do "for fun." I think that makes them the worst kind of cowards. Instead of going after their own success, instead they try to make themselves feel better by trying to destroy someone else's, or feed off of it... The one tip I have for people would be to go in and change your passwords every couple of months. And make your password something that's not easy to guess - don't use your birthday for example, and mix letters and numbers. Anyway, I'm glad you were contacted and able to nip the problem in the bud... And again, congratulations on turning something bad into something good. You're an inspiration!
