International Make A Referral Week!
INTERNATIONAL MAKE-A-REFERRAL-WEEK! March 9 -13, 2009
Let’s face it, in the world of business – any business, it’s not who you know, it’s who knows you.
Ask any successful business owner how they got to be so successful and right up there at the top is effective networking.
Networking is the ability to expand your circle of influence – to get you and your business to become the business of choice in your niche market.
But as you’ve already probably discovered, honing your networking skills is as much art as it is science and not easy to master.
Mastering the art of networking can have a profound effect on both your personal and professional life.
That’s why I am so excited to introduce to you…The Networking Masters Tele-Summit hosted by a ton of networking experts, authors and speakers.
That’s right, I literally went all over the world looking for the best of the best…and I found them!
From March 9 – 13, 2009 you’ll have the unique opportunity to listen to these networking gurus reveal tips, tactics and techniques that you can immediately start using to increase your referrals through more effective networking.
The cost? About the price of a medium sized pizza…but without all the calories!

I’ve already made my referral for Make a Referral Week and will more than likely make a few more. I find it great that this week has been proclaimed Make a Referral Week and hope that this is just the springboard and people will continue to make referrals.
The success of our company is built on referrals and it all boils down to great customer support and the willingness to not only make referrals but to ask your customers for referrals. Businesses must also track their referrals so they can be proactive and appreciative for the referrals received.
I wrote a recent post with six tips for tracking referrals in a database that your readers may find of interest.

Ed, thanks so much for participating in Make A Referral Week! I truly believe that the best businesses are built on referrals that come from people who know, like and trust one another. Please tell us a bit more about YOU and how YOU do business. After all, this blog is all about learning how to develop strong business relationships so it helps me and my readers to know how to find and make a referral for you. A thank you for participating, if you will!
I’m sure your post will definitely be something my readers will want as well. I’m heading over there right now to read it myself. Thanks again for your comments. Please come back often, read the articles and comment too.
